Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. makes every effort to ensure that the information published on the Triglav Group Website is accurate and up to date.

Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. hereby guarantees to use its best efforts to protect the personal data of the users of the Triglav Group Website in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.  

Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. may process the personal data of the persons with whom it has entered into a contractual relationship and which are collected on the basis of the Insurance Act, the personal data which Zavarovalnica Triglav requires to fulfil its contractual obligations or to exercise its rights arising from the contractual relationship and the personal data whose processing has been permitted in writing by the personal data subjects.    

Processing shall entail collection, data storage, or data collection in personal data bases, modification, use or reporting, which includes but is not limited to forwarding, mining, blocking and deletion. Your personal data will be stored and used only and until the stated purpose is achieved.  

Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. may use your personal data for the purpose of marketing non-life and life insurance products and informing you about new insurance products and services via different means of communication only subject to your explicit personal permission.
